Component Testing and Measurement

Use our broad band component testing services to

You provide components, or your application-specific test board; we do the rest.

We perform electrical component testing & component qualification (DC-20 GHz). Since component models vary with board layout, our services give you results specific to your application, not generic values.

You will receive passive component model parameters for SPICE, including in-situ parasitics (ESL, ESR, EPC), and two-port S-parameter models (S2P files).

The quality of our component testing is traceable to national institutes of standards.
